Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit suprheld.com. The site introduces SUPRHELD, which is in development. It does not provide an account, checkout, newsletter signup or a place to upload your ideas and files. This notice covers the website, not a future CORE or LINK service.

Software Stable SL, based in Bilbao, Spain, is responsible for the processing described in this notice.

When you visit

Your browser sends technical information needed to deliver the website. This can include your IP address, requested address, request time, browser information and referring page, depending on your browser settings. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes this information to deliver the site, maintain availability, identify faults and protect against abusive traffic.

We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure informational website for this processing (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). These connection details are needed to serve the page; you do not need to register or submit personal details through a form to browse it.

Cookies and tracking

The website itself does not set cookies or use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or embedded social-media players. Fonts and images are served from our own website address. Cloudflare security features may use strictly necessary cookies when protecting the site; its cookie information explains their purposes. We do not use visitor data for advertising profiles or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Hosting and international processing

We use Cloudflare, Inc. and its service providers for hosting, content delivery and security. Its global network may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare's data processing addendum provides for EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required for restricted transfers; that document sets out the safeguards. Its privacy policy also explains its handling of network information for its own purposes.

How long information is kept

Technical information is kept for the periods needed for delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and applicable legal obligations. Cloudflare's retention varies with the data and service involved; its privacy policy explains the criteria. We do not promise that connection data is immediately deleted or that browsing is anonymous.

If you make a privacy request, we use the contact details and information you provide to answer it and meet our obligations under the GDPR (Article 6(1)(c)). We retain the correspondence while handling the request and any related complaint, and keep only the evidence needed for applicable compliance or legal claims afterwards. Please avoid sending passwords or unrelated sensitive data.

Your rights

You can contact us to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Portability applies where the GDPR's conditions are met. We may need proportionate information to verify a request, and some rights have legal exceptions.

You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent data protection authority. You do not have to contact us first to make a complaint.

We will update this notice if the website's features or data processing change. The date above identifies the latest version.
